「This hotel was great good location, clean, friendly staff. Then only bad thing is there was a really bad smell in the hall and in one of the rooms we rented. It smelled like sewer water. 」

「construction is on going. new room was remodeled but bath and sink areas are not or not yet. 1 elevator was out of order and made it a bit of a wait sometimes to get to the upper floors. breakfast is ok but nothing to look forward to. parking is limited and fills up the lot after 6pm.」

「Pool water was not clear and temperature was 75 degrees. Shower leaked badly. General cleanliness and condition is poor. Ran out of coffee, milk and several breakfast items periodically during breakfast. One person watching the desk and maintaining breakfast. 」

「Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on...

「Our room was missing ice bucket, no tissue in the kleenex box, bath tub appeared stained and unsanitary. There were no place to hang towels in the bathroom. We called the desk on these issues because we didn't want to be charged for the missing items.」
