「Very good hotel , provide free parking just in front of the hotel entrance , quiet and beautiful scene . Spacious room and very modern and nice decoration. Will recommend to friends for sure. 」

「體驗膠囊旅館，地點在Launceston 市區，附近有停車場，便宜的停車場可以詢問櫃台人員，路邊停車星期日及假日不收費。膠囊內部、浴室，整體都很乾淨。膠囊裡有附耳塞，在內部也是會聽到其他人走動聲音，在意噪音的人可以多考慮，但整體而言不會吵。有廚房及冰箱，可以做簡單的餐點，附近有Woolworths可採買食物。值得推薦給大家體驗膠囊旅館。」

「清理房間方面，其中有一天沒有打掃。但經理人很好，接到我們的電話就趕快上來處理，並把早上需要的飲用水及泡咖啡的鮮奶送上來，真的很謝謝他。」

「Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. Rooms are hot, stuffy and poorly ventilated- would have been helpful to have that piece on information on...
