The location was perfect. It was roughly 5 mins or less from the stadium. It was very close to the Exito supermarket , cambio and a lot of restaurants that are close by. All the staff are fantastic. They were very helpful whenever I needed something and communicated well. I definitely recommend this apartment and I would definitely stay there again. The only issue I had which isnt a big deal was it had a rain shower in the bathroom which isnt convenient for smaller kids but that could have been an oversight on my part when viewing the photos. However that wasnt an issue for me to not want to stay there. They also sold water at the front desk which was nice when I arrived late and couldnt run to the supermarket to get some water. I didnt use the laundry services however my friend did and said it worked fine.

Three week work stay in Medellin

Lovely hotel with studio apartment suites. I stay here for 3 weeks both March 2025 and 2024 for work. I appreciated the 24 security, in house self laundry, location right next to Sudamerica metro stop. And with large Exito grocery store just three blocks away. Everything was very convenient.
