Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. “Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). We were less than 10 min from Stonybrook campus where the lacrosse tournament we……
