「Very happy with this stay. Lovely apartment in good area. Plenty of restaurants close by along the canals. Tram easy into Central Milan or walk for 25 minutes or so. Good support from company. Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong.
