“部屋からの景観は最高でしたが、それ以外は良くなかったです。普通のホテルのようなフロントがあってチェックインする方法と全く違い、建物に到着したら連絡をし、担当の方が代理でチェックインした後ルームキーを渡しにきてくれるというシステムであり、それを理解するのにすごく時間がかかりました。そして担当の方とやり取りするコミュニケーションツールが電話しかなく、かなり苦慮しました。その後、シャワーのお湯が弱く問い合わせしましたが、もちろん返事が帰返ってくることはなく、早く違うホテルにいきたかったです。景観はバッチリで花火も見れたため、景観以外は何とも言えない状況でした。”

“You have to know there is no physical place to check in. You have to call a number they give us a nice and 2 days later they said we have to change ´´´we will upgrade yoû’´ it was only same condo but 2 floors higher. Not better. And ask us to change room one hour in advance 😡 be advise this place is nice but management is very poor”

“No beach view, and the beach is far from the hotel. There are many mosquitoes, the private pool lacks a filtration system and is not clean. The homestay only has a metal gate, and the front door cannot be locked—security is only provided by guards outside the compound. No sea view, no gym, not close to the beach, and no free shuttle service. The only advantages are the well-designed interior facilities and the host's willingness to communicate. ”

“Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, comfortable and with views of the sea. Slight smell of damp, but that was throughout the whole tower, not just the room. Everything in the room worked fine and the host services was easy and punctual.”
