Amazing location, super view

Amazing location, super view. It was our second time in this appartment. Unfortunatly this time I was so disappointed. There was no toilet paper in the toilets, no internet connection. Kitchen, no cloth or sponge. Terrible check-in. I was waiting at front of the building for 35 minutes to get the key to the appointment.
