Welcome to the Studio in Boronia.

This renovated self-contained studio is elegantly styled for a couple or solo traveller. The Studio is close to Boronia station, Woolies, Coles, Kmart (1.6km) and Westfield Knox Mall (5km). The property has easy access to the Dandenong Tourist Route (5.5km), Puffing Billy (9.7km), Sky High (18.2km), Yarra Valley (18.2km), Kokoda Memorial Walk (9.6km) and other local attractions, including the City (34km). The Studio has all the comforts of a home and more.

This ground level studio unit is attached to an existing property which is home to a family and a giant fluffy Bernese Mountain Dog. The studio has its own privacy with separate gated entry, private front and backyard.

The Studio sleeps a maximum of 2 people and has a double bed, dining area and ensuite. The studio comes with a full laundry facility with a washer/dryer combo, fridge and plenty of storage (including under-bed storage).

The full-sized kitchen provides an oven, cook top, microwave, rice cooker, multi-pressure cooker, toaster, sandwich press, espresso machine and dishwasher, as well as both indoor and outdoor dining, with a barbecue and private back yard.

The Studio also features a work desk and a smart TV and unlimited high-speed WIFI access. For your comfort, there is a split system heating and cooling provided with bed heaters for those extra cold nights.

The fully fenced private backyard has a BBQ set up and can provide dining setting for two.
