This stunning heritage apartment is located in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant Flinders Lane and boasts the perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities. Spread across three-levels, it culminates in a private rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the city skyline. Entertain guests here or simply soak up the sunshine while enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day.

As you enter the apartment, both downstairs bedrooms have comfortable king beds made with plush bedding, plus ample wardrobe space and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. Both bathrooms feature showers, while in-unit laundry adds to your everyday convenience.

Upstairs to the spacious living and dining area, you'll be immediately struck by the historic charm and elegance of the space. Absolutely the best location for exploring CBD. Right on Flinders lane with coffee, restaurants, and free tram zone stop within easy walking. Rooftop deck is a lovely bonus spot.
