「Staff were super friendly and helpful」

「Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. 」

「It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.」

「Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

「The whole team were so welcoming and helpful. Petter and Anna are lovely and accommodate any needs. Shout out to the dive team as well who showed me the house reef. The whole experience was more like a holiday with friends or family than what you get at a big resort. Meals and cocktails were amazing and all are made with passion. 「Loved our stay at Waves. Hubby got a surf in. Great snorkelling out back even on low tide. Friendly staff that go above and beyond. Highly recommend for self contained place.」

「Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.」

「We were a family of 4 and stayed in a Penthouse suite overlooking the water. The view is absolutely amazing. Sunrise and Sunset are divine. The Snorkeling deck is a few mins walk close to the rooms. Basketball, Tennis, Pickle Ball , Pool, Table Tennis were all good. There are 2 large pools - Infinity and Sunset pool. Sunset pool is family friendly. The food is decent (not exceptional) and costs $60 per adult and $30 per child for dinner. Dinner is either a buffet or A La Carte depending on the...

「这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。」
