Great location

Everything about this property was easy. The check in process and the location were great. There’s easy access to everything in town as well as the ferry which made it easy to bounce from town to town. The view and the balcony from the main bedroom are also pretty great.

We had a great stay for 16 people at menaggio Tosca 1, 2, and 3. The property is at a very convenient and beautiful location. Although we had trouble communicating with the office, they allowed us to store our bags after checkout which was appreciated.

This spot was perfect!!!! Close to the ferry for bag drop & so close to downtown for all the festivites!! The view is breathtaking from the balcony & the set up inside was excellent. Can be a little tricky the check in if you come in past suggested time where they show you how to do things but there is a great scavenger hunt map to find the things! Overall a 10! Highly recommend

Amazing stay and property. Literally on the beach with balcony. 5” walk to main piazza and 5” walk to ferry. Mennagio is perfect location for visiting the area for the 1st time with quick access to ferries. 15” ferry ride to Bellagio and Verena. Private 3 hour boat tour on the lake was fantastic! Bus to villa de Balbianello was easy too. Clean. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and bedroom. Managers next door very helpful and responsive.

Excellent location but....

Location was excellent and management was great being right next door to the property! The washing machine did not work we had to find a laundry service. There was a older man and woman that we assume live in the complex that would follow us and the other guests staying at the property around scolding them for various reasons even questioning us as we were sitting on our balcony having coffee. We are a family of 5 adults that were very respectful and quiet with a desire to have a relaxing peaceful vacation. It made the overall experience uncomfortable. Not the fault of management but just be aware.

Excellent stay

The property is located conveniently next to the agent shop making the whole check in procedure extremely simple. We were slightly concerned that website description might not live up to our expectations but on entering the property we were immediately reassured. It is very clean, spacious and modern. There are two bathrooms so for a family of four that very comfortable. The master bedroom offers a spectacular view as the property Of the lake. It boasts a balcony and overlooking the property’s private beach. The pretty piazza of Menaggio is only a 2 minute walk away as is the ferry for visiting the likes of Bellagio and Varenna making our stay very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Outstanding location in Menaggio. Good communication with management company. Very close to ferry. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Close to grocery stores. Overall a nice stay. Plus, a couple minute walk away from the best pizza in town - Lugano’s! However, if you’re looking for a living room to relax in, there isn’t one...you’ll have to settle for sitting around the kitchen table.

August 2018 It was a very Nice place. Very good area. Both quiet but close to Menaggio center. Very Nice with the Beach so close to the House. If you are by car, just be aware, that it is not free parking, unless you park a few miles from the apartment. Other than that it was a verye Nice and save stay. Heidi, Denmark
