“The property appears to be under new management, and we had a great experience during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted my family right away. They were polite, attentive, and consistently checked in to see if we needed room cleaning or any extra amenities, which made us feel very welcomed.

“Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. “Scent sensitive people, beware. They use scented detergent on their linens, if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees.
