Beautiul location, so peaceful!

The views were absolutely breathtaking—truly picture-perfect—and the location was ideal, with several beautiful hiking trails nearby. Mentone itself is a charming, peaceful little town that made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved every moment of our visit!

Our stay was both restful and beautiful!

Every moment at L'Amour Rock was comfortable and enjoyable. It was a magnificent time away from the hurry and stress of life. Whether we were sitting inside and looking out the wrap-around windows or outside on the deck or in the porch swing, we were surrounded by the beauty of God's creation. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to vacation.

Peace and quiet!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay; a few days away from the chaos of family life. We enjoyed waking up to amazing views, sometimes in a cloud! The house is the perfect size, not a closet, but not so big as to feel like too much. It was so peaceful and serene, we can’t wait to come back!

A warm and quiet place and I can’t use more words to describe it. I experienced 3 different weather situations here. It’s amazing. Here was very clean and had a plenty enough spaces to make fun with pets. I also worked a little bit here. I love the office room section. Working in a wonderful view of the mountains. View for miles!

It was a great place to chill out! Pretty ingenious layout and all the comforts you may need. Great little kitchen to cook in with everything I needed and even a coffee bar! But let's be serious - the deck and the views is why you should definitely book this spot! The grounds outside are also really nice, with other spots to sit and take in the sunrise or sunset. I felt super safe on my own.

Honeymoon Heaven

A perfect place for a beautiful, private, peaceful honeymoon! The view is spectacular! Overlooking lush spring green trees, listening to the passing trains in the valley and feeling the breeze while swinging in the wooden swing below the cottage or sitting on the porch deck. The view was lovely, and the house was well appointed. However, the house stayed hot even with air-conditioning and fans. We had to close all the blinds to try to stay cool, and then we had no view. The temps in the afternoon reached the high 70's inside, and if you cook too. Wow! HOT! Also, we felt that the bed was way too high. It was difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise it was comfortable.

Stay was incredible with wonderland views and scenery!

The property was comfortable and inclusive of all amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable. It offered tremendous views of nature and the fall colors were spectacular. The location was outstanding, since it was conveniently located to everything in Mentone, as well as a short drive to Cloudland, Georgia and areas over that way. The booking agent, Holly was outstanding to deal with as we contacted her once upon arrival and she was quickly responsive, and we enjoyed the stay so much that we contacted her to add an additional night which she was able to do it.
