「Wonderful getaway! We were able to land the cabin on a last minute and brief trip to enjoy the beauty and color of Mentone in the fall. The cabin was warm and comfortable and inviting -- and already decked out with a Christmas tree, which was a wonderful surprise. 「Cabin is nice and clean. Couch is very comfortable. The main bedroom mattress is very old and uncomfortable. Springs in mattress poke. Kitchen is adequate space and nice however pots and pans are not. Brings your on if you want to cook. The largest pan or pot is maybe 8 inches. Very very cheap. No tools for outdoor grill provided. The host communicates well and check in is very easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay but probably would not rent again.」

「Pros - Nice private location, hot tub, lawn games, pool table, fenced in yard, fire pit, cozy layout and well stocked kitchen. Cons - unfortunately the oven was not working well and there was a strong gas smell. It could not be repaired while we were there which was a shame because we had planned to cool all our meals on site. Hopefully this potentially dangerous situation will be repaired before the next guest.」
