"The staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to check in and accomodations made when I needed them. Beautiful, clean, large room. Very convenient location which felt much safer than another place I stayed in Naples. Lots of action, but also police presence nearby. Very close to train, dining, shopping, and near the water. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for only 1 night but the rooms are very clean, new and design nicely.
The area is little noisy as you’re right at the city centre but at least it’s close to everything and close to the airport.
The host, Tonia was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. It’s a little hidden gem on the area for sure 👌 "

"Just to give reference we stayed in room 512, which had a balcony over the street side of the Hotel.
The room was a good size, clean and with modern fittings. The balcony was perfect as you could watch the traffic below which offers hours of entertainment!
Franceso and Damiana on reception were exceptional. The advice we received on which local restaurants to try was spot on, they even took into account that we would prefer not to cross any roads if possible, as anyone knows who has visited Naples, the roads are a law unto themselves in this city!
The balcony was great and the windows excellent at blocking out all the street noises. To top it off the Roof Terrace gives excellent views across the city and further afield to Vesuvius.
While i appreciate some of the comments i had read about the homeless situation in the surrounding area, you are a matter of yards from the main train station and this situation, unfortunately, is the same in most cities i have visited across europe. However there is a constant police presence in the area so it didn't feel unsafe.
Breakfast offers a good selection and it was all extremely tasty, we tried as much as we could!
So for price, quality of facilities, location (i.e. next to train station) and service received i would say this is an excellent choice of hotel.
The one and only negative, which is something we had at other hotels in our travels across Italy, was the lack of a fridge in the room. "
"We were blown away at the service this hotel provided! The staff was amazing from front desk, food/breakfast area, cleaning crew to getting help with where to go and how to get there!!!! Do wish the bar was open......or at least opens in the future. Room clean and sufficient for our stay! "
"Excellent location, amazingly quiet considering being next to the train station, lots of dinning options. Also excellent and professional staff. Would stay again."
"Room was fantastic, Nicola was fantastic. He got us in a room early, offered lots of information, got us a taxi and all around very nice polite guy. "
"The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally.
The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!"
