Bed was really comfortable, the room was gorgeous, lovely view and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options around a short walk to the water. We loved our stay here.

Hotel was quiet and spacious. But wifi was terrible and room needs to be refurbished. But main concern was with check-in: it would have saved a great deal of stress and confusion if we’d been told the check-in procedures before beginning our trip - at least a day in advance. As it was, we arrived at the hotel with reception closed, no wifi, no phone linked to a local network. We were lucky to even get into the lobby. It was only through some creativity we were able to find out how to access our room key, and after a stressful period of uncertainty. This was not a good start to our stay.

Clean and spacious room, internal courtyard view makes room feel a little dark though.
We paid for a 3rd bed but it wasn’t up on arrival. Rectified once reception were made aware.

"Staff were all lovely, the pool and breakfast buffet were both great. Only things that could be improved would be the soundproofing of the rooms, we could very loudly hear our neighbours, and the water pressure/temperature was very inconsistent. Everything else was great."
