"Two friends and I stayed for one night in Suite 15 and had a very enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient - walking distance to downtown Newburyport. The waterview was really nice, and it was great to have access to the outdoor balcony. The suite was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Some additional notes: the restaurant/bar that was part of the hotel is no longer open. There is a fun restaurant/bar just next door though, which is right on the water with music, drinks, and food. The hotel itself doesn't have a ton of character and it is run by a management company. The phone receptionist was very kind, and the onsite operator was quick to respond to any inquiries. It did feel a bit impersonal though and more like an AirBnb rather than a hotel. For what we needed, it worked out great."
