「Pros:
- Excellent size & layout.
- Very pretty decor.
- Good size balcony overlooking the marina while watching playful dolphins and manatees.
- Awesome pool area well cared for with balanced, clear water.
- Dolphin Tiki Hut grill & bar was fabulous...Reasonable prices with friendly wait-staff.
- We will stay again, for sure.
Cons:
- No staff on-site.
- Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center...

「A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.」

「The property is set back from the beach, so the walk to and from the beach each day was longer than we expected. Our room was listed on Expedia as an "ocean view," but unfortunately, it was located on the first floor, and the overgrown foliage completely blocked any view of the ocean.
