「Very clean and very comfortable. There is a toaster oven and a portable stove so the most was definately made of the small space. would recommend」

「Very clean house, very nice layout for the bedrooms and living space, loved having beach accessories to use」

「Loved it here! Hope to come back in the future!」

「Nice place to stay- only issue was a/c set at 79. You can change it but after a few hours it goes back to 79. So this has you waking up sweating. Would be nice to know how often you need to change it to maintain a more comfortable temp of 76. Check- in process a little cumbersome with video calls, but host was responsive.」

「The property was spotless, the cleanest I’ve stayed at. The outdoor area with pool was great. The location is great (10 minutes to beaches, Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Village)We would definitely stay here again!」

「The house was lovely.... we even watched a rocket launch from the back patio」

「In general it is very good. Good location, 15 mins driving from KSC. Close to restaurants, stores and highways. The whole townhouse is very clean and comfortable for stay. Love the details of sea theam decorations. And property manager Sharon is easy to reach. The community has pool and Jacuzzi. Kids can have fun playing there.」

「We really appreciated the proximity of the property to the cruise port! Made for quick and easy access to the port. We didn't realize that one of the beds was actually a sofa bed in the living room, but that was really not much of an issue. (I may have simply overlooked or missed that when reading through the property description.) One negative: The coffee make was missing the 'filter bowl' that holds the coffee filter . . . But we worked around that easily.」

「nice stay, surrounding neighborhood very distressed, exterior condition just acceptable,」
