Une semaine au top !

Excellent accueil, un endroit atypique, avec une très jolie déco "Belle Epoque", où il nous a fait bon vivre pendant une semaine, malgré une météo mitigée. Le logement est très bien équipé et le service de conciergerie est au top, à l'écoute et réactif. Nous conservons précieusement l'adresse pour une éventuelle prochaine fois !

Perfekte Nähe zum Meer

Das Haus ist eines der schönen Belle Epoque Häuser der Stadt, es wird oft fotografiert. Es ist sehr farbenfroh eingerichtet, wie man auf den Fotos sieht. Die Übergabe war ganz problemlos und wir lernten auch die netten Besitzer kennen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Il serait bon de préciser qu'une seule des deux chambres est réservée à des adultes : la seconde chambre est étroite, le lit pas très confortable. Nous avions apporté des draps et des serviettes de toilettes, heureusement un torchon car il n'y en avait pas de fourni. Dans certains Airbnb, on nous offre un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Ici, même pas une dosette de café pour tester la belle cafetière. Pour faire le ménage (on ne voulez pas dépenser 50 € -somme demandée pour que la femme de ménage intervienne- pour 3 jours passés à se balader dans la région et très peu dans la maison !) peu de produits lavants disponibles : la femme de ménage amène les siens !

We moesten even wachten voor we naar binnen konden, onduidelijke communicatie , we hadden 15 min voor aankomst moeten bellen maar dat was niet doorgegeven. Na een telefoontje naar de Agence kwam dit in orde. Fijn ook dat de auto, tegen betaling, binnen konden parkeren.

Duplex Villa Georges "Tolle Lage Sehr gut gefallen hat die Lage der Ferienwohnung, nur wenige Schritte von der Uferpromenade von Mers-les-Bains. Die Wohnung ist bezüglich Ausstattung zweckmäßig und die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung was Küchenutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck betrifft. Allerdings fehlten gänzlich Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Salz, Öl, WC Papier, Spülmaschinentabs… Hier hätte man sich einen Grundvorrat gewünscht. Etwas unnötig und ungerechtfertigt fand ich die hohe Kaution von 400 € für das Mobiliar, die zurückerstattet wurden. Auch Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher habe ich als teuer empfunden, daher haben wir unser Wäsche selbst mitgebracht. Checkin mit dem Conciergeservice lief unproblematisch. Fazit: für den Mietpreis hätte ich mir etwas mehr Gastfreundlichkeit gewünscht, keine Kaution und eine Grundausstattung von Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs."
