The hotel was very clean, smelled great, and offered good amenities like the comfortable lounge/seating areas and patio area, foosball table, coffee station, and gym. The room was super cozy and traveler friendly. Only things I would say is there is no microwave in the room, you have to go down to the lobby, and the website mentioned a shuttle but they do not have a an airport shuttle. Public transportation in Traverse City is horrible so I had Lyft stand me up, Uber wouldn’t even accept, and the taxi service is like $25+ to go anywhere… almost missed my flight if it wasn’t for a nice couple who offered to take me to the airport. Which is a convenient 3.1 miles away. "
