Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed a swim up room (1106) more than we ever have before . Our group had three rooms and we ended up meeting and hanging out with guests from at least four other rooms . The drink delivery from the adjacent bar made the daily afternoon happy hour in the pool a large hit. This hotel is all about a specific location with nice beach and bay views . The Mexican restaurant and Blaze are the stand outs for onsite restaurants. Breakfast in the Buffet restaurant was memorable and everything was very tasty . The room was recently renovated with powerful air conditioning. A nice bed and ample storage . All of the staff resort wide had engaging personalities and the service was fantastic . My Mom had stayed here 38 years ago and enjoyed the recent incarnation equally . The location is two miles south of the Zona Romantico and an easy taxi ride away . We would love to stay here again ."

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Everything at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel itself looked great and was in excellent condition. There were five different restaurants to choose from, so we had plenty of options for dining. We chose this hotel because of its kid-friendly features, including the pools, pool slides, bowling alley, and escape room. However, we did have a couple of minor issues. The arcade room was closed for maintenance, and one of the big slides wasn’t working and was off-limits. On a side note, swimming in the ocean is prohibited due to the presence of strong waves, currents, and riptides. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation."

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"All resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Getting around the extensive and hilly property was fairly easy via the carts."

Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"I love riu hotels, ive been to multiple including cancun palace, jamaica palace, and now cabo palace. The customer service was lacking, I think they were short staffed. When we got out the van upon arrival no one greeted us or offered to help with bags. Front desk barely greeted us. Rooms are old and smell like bug spray but the property is amazing and the views are stunning. Shower was hot and the room was cold. They do have a nightly show for kids but not much entertainment for adults, you have to go to Santa Fe for that. We definitely enjoyed ourselves, food and drinks are good. Guy who checked us out was also unfriendly. I loved Cabo but probably wont stay here again."
