This space is managed by VidaCoral, a professional vacation rental company. All of our units have basic criteria of services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!
By booking you accept the following conditions.
1) Additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation. Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants.
2) We might provide shampoo, soap, cleaning products and basic consumables only as a welcome amenity.
3) As per HOA regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names of each occupant to complete a registration. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.
4) Electricity. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included and will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh payable before departure
It is important to leave at the scheduled time, otherwise you will be charged an hourly fine of $1,000 pesos.
If required, we will bill the entire stay.

Parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated. After 9pm, please keep the noise and music to a minimum. Our units are meant for families, couples and relaxation. Upon receiving the first complaint from neighbors, security or the condominium administration we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to vacate the unit.
