「Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!」

「The apartment was perfectly clean, and very well-equipped — full set of utensils (spoons, forks, knives), cookware, plates, cups, dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and a Keurig coffee machine. There was also a refrigerator, electric stove, and a beautiful balcony view. The host even provided small amounts of soap, shampoo, and body wash, which was a nice touch.
