「The apartment was beautiful. It was clean, but we had issues with the toilet. We had to keep calling maintenance. If you want early check-in, please ask at least 48 hours before your trip but everything else was good.」

「It was great!!」

「Facility and staff and room were great. Including great shower water pressure and very comfortable beds and pillows. Very modern and fresh. Everything was as advertised except the price. Be ready for additional charges once you arrive at the hotel. There is a security deposit which will be refunded which I’m cool with, but there was not a small resort fee that will not be refunded that I was unaware of. So keep that in mind when looking at the price. This place is still worth the additional cost...

「Great place! Easy to work with host! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!」

「Nice」

「We had a great stay in Sunny Isles Beach. The unit was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nicely laid out and easy to navigate. We especially enjoyed spending time at the beach and taking advantage of the resort facilities. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.」

「EXCELLENT!!! Easy check in, fantastic communication with host and rental manager.Beautiful condo with all the amenities (beach chairs, kitchen tools etc)Very cleanOn the beachClose to Walmart Publix etc Thanks for the amazing stay, will definitely be back.」

「The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.」

「The host was very responsive when contacted. The location is great…pity about the construction going on at the resort. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms need attention but overall a lovely apartment 」

「Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...

「As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message....

「We just had a girls trip last week here with 5 ladies. We had the best time. Oscar was amazing to work with. He was very helpful and responded quickly. The view was amazing and it was nice to have the pool and the beach. It was close to a lot of areas.」

「Host was great , very close to the beach . He was very accommodating and helpful . Will stay agian !」

「Room was great but the mgmnt of the facility was terrible. Parking level makes it very difficult to move luggage to first floor. Elevators like a prison that only allow you to go to your floor. For 300 rooms there was one working elevator and 4 luggage carts. Press the emergency button in elevator and it takes 15 minutes for someone to respond.」
