“Our family of 4 had a great stay! Clean and located in an area with lots of conveniences nearby. Check in/out went smoothly and the owner was quick to respond when contacted. Some things to be aware of are large upfront cost for the damage deposit, the kitchen was not well equipped beyond the basics (only had a single frying pan, no other pots and no cooking utensils - but it’s ok if you don’t plan to do any cooking), and only a singe fob was provided. So for 4 people this made it difficult to……

“The room was perfect! Easily accessible, great view from the balcony, the staff was beyond helpful the security guard Mike is an amazing guy! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay there was absolutely perfect! The parking situation isn’t the best but who cares being in Miami! I would definitely stay at the location again when I return!! ”
