Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The instructions for check in can seem overwhelming but e/t went smoothly. There are rules you have to abide by ( like no walking around in a bathing suit in certain areas, and always having your wrist band on hand) but the rules leave everything running smoothly. Valet parking is pricey, but that's standard for these parts. Everyone is friendly and cars come out fast. The staff working here are all exceptionally nice in my experience. The apartment itself could use a lookover with a few things needing a better cleaning or a slight fix. It's a great apartment but for a luxury building and luxury prices, I expected a bit more. The pillows were terrible! The views are phenomenal. The Washing machine makes some crazy noises when its on for a while. Maintenance apparently came and 'fixed' the issue but it was still happening. Our biggest issue came when the AC stopped working multiple times. We had one very long very hot night. Maintenance came and fixed the problem and it was working and then it stopped again one night. Finally we were told how to try resetting it and that worked but I wished I'd have been told sooner about it. That was the most annoying issue we had. The managing team who manages the apartment was otherwise fantastic. We had quick responses, understanding humans and besides for the above mentioned issue, all our communication was FANTASTIC! POOLS are heated to perfection!
