Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The instructions for check in can seem overwhelming but e/t went smoothly. There are rules you have to abide by ( like no walking around in a bathing suit in certain areas, and always having your wrist band on hand) but the rules leave everything running smoothly. Valet parking is pricey, but that's standard for these parts. Everyone is friendly and cars come out fast. The staff working here are all exceptionally nice in my experience. The apartment itself could use a lookover with a few things needing a better cleaning or a slight fix. It's a great apartment but for a luxury building and luxury prices, I expected a bit more. The pillows were terrible! The views are phenomenal. The Washing machine makes some crazy noises when its on for a while. Maintenance apparently came and 'fixed' the issue but it was still happening. Our biggest issue came when the AC stopped working multiple times. We had one very long very hot night. Maintenance came and fixed the problem and it was working and then it stopped again one night. Finally we were told how to try resetting it and that worked but I wished I'd have been told sooner about it. That was the most annoying issue we had. The managing team who manages the apartment was otherwise fantastic. We had quick responses, understanding humans and besides for the above mentioned issue, all our communication was FANTASTIC! POOLS are heated to perfection!

This is our second stay at LYFE. Great resort with fabulous amenities, location & ocean & intercoastal views (this condos was on the 20th floor). We love the two bedroom/two bath layout for us and our teen — plenty of space & privacy. We enjoyed the pool, the gym & the beach. We will be back!

Everything was easy from the first booking to arriving. Laure with Zen was amazing and very helpful. The Condo was as beautiful, if not more, then the pictures. Would book again and highly recommend.

Love the location and has a great view! The pool is very nice and gets great afternoon sun. The apartment is very spacious looks just like the pictures! Our only complaint was that the floors were dirty and the comforter on the king size bed was stained other than that we loved the place!

It’s okay - but not a resort

If you are expecting a resort, this is not it and you will not be treated as a guest. You receive one towel card that is to be used at the beach and pool. Makes it challenging if part of your group wants the beach and the other wants to the pool. Also, you only receive 2 chairs at the beach and you not allowed to rent additional chars. On the beach you are crammed in like sardines. Everything is worn and needs a little TLC, looks to be heavily used. I wanted to love this place, as the condo unit is huge.

Property had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for a week and one garbage bag. The pool rules are insane. No toys for kids even pool toys, No moving pool chairs or pool furniture. No drinks at pool even the overpriced ones from their bar in plastic cups. No snacks it food so you will but their on site food at 25 a hamburger cost. No adults can have a drinj in pool or jacuzzi. Dont come here.If you eant to have fub and enjoy the pool!

Not a hotel, not a condo

The Lyfe Residences is a beautiful property that hasn't quite figured out what it wants to be. It gives the presentation like a hotel and all of the high food, parking, and amenity costs will make you feel like you're in one but it doesn't have the high touch that a nicer hotel has. We ran out of towels on the first day and had to rewash them, we asked for wash cloths and were told we already had some but we did not. There is NO Housekeeping. Our bathroom sink was clogged the entire stay and no one came to fix it. Parking is 40/day, the food costs are very high. The overall apartment was clean and the view was great. The pictures are as advertised. The elevator wait times are terrible. Me and my children took the stairs from the 20th floor multiple times to bypass the wait. Overall it's a "good" stay for the price but we won't stay here again.

Great place and amenities’

This condo is beautiful and the views of the beach are stunning! The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. There is a Walmart and grocery store near by to get food and beverages. Ubering around is quick and easy. Great restaurants nearby too! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

A quick getaway

The location was great. Met up with Our daughter and her husband for a warm up coming from the northwest. This condo does have extra beach chairs which is nice since you only get two at the beach. Views are Great!

Great Place / Resort

Group of four adults. The condo was awesome. Super clean and up to date. I would highly recommend this property. Great restaurants on premises and plenty of great choices nearby. Fun place!

Great Place

My buddy and I came down during the first week of January for the Bills vs Dolphins game (Go Bills!). The property is in a great location and is everything as advertised. Clean, great views, perfect beach access, restaurants, and the Hyde staff was great as well. We definitely plan on coming back.
