Excellent location, nice and spacious, clean studio. Has a hot plate, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender. But the crown jewel of this place is its locate. Just a short walk to the Miami convention center and beach and all the cool restaurants on Collins Ave in South Beach. Would stay here again.

On arrival I did not receive an email with details of room, waited 45 minutes for someone to answer the number provided after 4 o’clock check in. Smell of mold as soon as we walked in door. Bathroom towels provided were stained and smelled of mildew. Pillow cases full of stains. We did find a pleasurable maintenance man to help us with getting bleach to spray the visable mold. Neighbors screamed and fought for hours on our second night there. 10/10 would not recommend and will be emailing to see about a refund.

We were not able to get into our room multiple times. The keypad code would not receive the code we were emailed. We called to phone number on the email. Each time the person answering the phone did not understand that we could not open the door and that code would not work. There was no one on-site to assist us each time and were told that we needed to wait until morning the next day for help!!! Finally, after giving us numerous different codes to try, we were able to get into the room.
The room was bare bones and not inviting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
