Jewel of a location in South Beach
Prime location: accessible to beach, free trolley, many restaurants, drugstores - all within walking distance. Accessible groceries. A half hour Uber ride into downtown Miami. The AC worked great. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, filtered coffee brewer - beach and fresh towels were furnished. Comfortable bed. Would stay again. 👍👍

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este apartamento lo encontré muy lindo, limpio y acogedor, solo pediroa que mejoren las puertas del ascensor se golpean mucho y el olor dentro del edificio no tiene ventilacion y es muy fuerte

Quiet South Beach Gem
Immaculate, spacious apt on top floor of small 3-story bldg in the middle of all South Beach has to offer. . Literally just steps from dozens of lively bars and restaurants, not to mention the best beach in the world! Fully furnished and stocked, comfortable bed and sofa, 2 tvs (not that come to south beach for television). . Arrangements were quick and easy, Dan is an attentive and responsive host. Definitely my 1st choice on my next visit to SB!

1 BDR with pool in the heart of SOBE
Dynamite place in the center of the action. Walk to Ocean, walk to Lincoln Rd restaurants and bars and... wait for it...perfect pool right outside of lobby 20' off of Washington Ave. Crazy. Great memory foam mattress. Low water pressure in shower but I think that's a South Beach thing. Very low toilet (14"?) which could be an issue for the elderly. This is my 2nd time here and I will be back.

Not what we expected
First of all, the flat looks much better on the photos. It is much dated in reality. There is a very strong smell of mold in the whole place which makes it uncomfortable to stay in the apartment. And we had the bad luck to see neighbours in the corridors, strange people, one was drunk at 3pm... we actually stayed there one hour and left to move to a hotel. The smell was too strong and we did not feel safe. I asked the owner for a discount. I did not ask for a full refund but just a commercial gesture, I never had any reply. So we lost the full amount of the rental... Good luck to the next travelers!!!

Quisiera dejarles unos comentarios el departamento está lleno de cucarachas sobre todo en la cocina, tuve que lavar varias veces los servicios porque las encontré en los cajones y en la lavadora de platos es realmente una plaga además casi me pica un alacrán, la persona de limpieza encontrará el animal muerto en la sala paso la foto Ese departamento necesita una buena FUMIGACION.
