“Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor ”

“This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well……

“We booked with guaranteed free parking in the price, but once we got there the host told us it was full and we had to pay to park, the host was rude and unhelpful about it. Check in was a hassle, and contacting him was just as difficult. Inside, it smelled like dog pee, the sheets were dirty, and we even found old underwear under the couch. We had to wash the sheets ourselves the next day. Overall, one of the worst experiences we’ve had very disappointing. I dont reccomend to anyone !”

“While this LOOKS like a great place to stay, there were several issues we ran into 1) ZERO parking. 2) the pool closes crazy early our kids could not utilize. 3) not even an option to buy bottled waters. 4) ONLY a flat sheet for the sofa bed. My children were uncomfortable due to this issue. No blankets. We went to the front desk to ask for blankets, the “security” tells us he has no access to anything and is unable to get ahold of any manager. 5) 150.00 security charge plus an additional……

“We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami. The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel is also within walking distance of CVS, the train station, and……
