Wonderful stay!

Unit was spacious and clean! The amenities were great, and the apartment was well-appointed! We would highly recommend! If in the area again, would love to stay there…it was home away from home!

Fantastic week

From registration to check out a great vacation. The condo was always clean, staff friendly and the grounds well kept. Loved Filomena's cafe was awesome. Pool was great with lots of availability of chairs or cabanas. Close to everything, Aventura, South Beach, Gulfatream. Great stay!!

Recent stay

We recently stayed at this property and had a generally pleasant experience, but there are a few points potential renters should be aware of. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which we greatly appreciated.However, the building itself left a bit to be desired. The hallways were noticeably dated, which detracted from the overall first impression. Additionally, there seemed to be a significant amount of international traffic within the building, which made common areas feel crowded. The building was undergoing construction during our visit. While this didn’t directly affect the unit, it did mean an odd exterior and parking garage.

Pictures can be deceiving

Location ok, property not deep cleaned, no cleaning or change of bedding or towels throughout the 1 week stay. Air con didn’t work, window in bedroom doesnt open and no air con in bedroom, responses from host take ages, that’s if they decide to respond. Very disappointing, you can get better for your money

Nice Place

The unit was great! It was well maintained and had everything we needed. The only con was the parking situation. The buildings could be better marked so that you know to drive all the way through to the end. We almost parked in the wrong location which as we know now could've have cost us a boot and a $65.00 charge. Another couple on the trip in a different unit parked in their correct spot but forgot to put their paper in the window. A boot was put on their car in the morning and they weren't contacted until later in the evening and someone was in the unit all day. No one could complain that their spot was taken and it would've only taken a phone call to the unit to resolve.. Other than that it was a great stay. Thanks!

Abajo de los sillones encontramos varios chupetes, plumas de un almohadón , botellas de agua , juguetes , papeles , etc . Cuando corrimos los mismos para hacer las camas apareció de todo, claramente no mueven los muebles para limpiar.Faltaba una lamparita en la lampara de pie del cuarto principal, tuvimos que sacar la del living para darnos luzUna silla de las playeras estaba rota, nos dimos cuenta cuando llegamos a la playa. Después lo demás bien.

The unit we were in was very clean and the balcony offered a nice view. The ocean was beautiful- went in everyday. The temperature was 78-80 degrees and was perfect!

Our stay

The apartment itself was clean and well appointed. We were pleased with the apartment and everything about it. However, the building itself and property were really only ok. Nothing special about it. The lounge chairs by the pool were mostly broken, the garage was flooded with water forcing us to take off our shoes to wade through the water, and the property had very little in amenities besides a gym (which was actually quite nice). One complaint is that while sitting on the balcony we were constantly smelling marijjuana being smoked at a neighboring apartment. Not a pleasant experience. Not the owner of our apartment’s fault at all but wanted to mention so the property owners could report it. We could also smell it in the hallways. Also the elevators were always crowded and we had to often wait for others to come along that weren’t full. Again we enjoyed the apartment but the overall property was average.
