The Space:

Welcome to your home at District 225, one of Downtown Miami's newest luxury towers and a short walk from the FIFA Fan Festival at Bayfront Park. This 2-bedroom residence on the 22th floor is fully furnished, professionally designed, and completely move-in ready, with city views framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light throughout the day.



Sleeping & living

The home sleeps up to 6 guests in: king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen in the second room, dressed in fresh hotel-quality linens. The open living area is built for relaxing after a day out, with comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming apps, and a sofa bed for an extra guest. In-unit climate control lets you set your own temperature, and the space stays quiet and private high above the street.



Kitchen & dining

Cook in or grab something quick in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils — everything you need for anything from morning coffee to a full meal. Parking

Complimentary off-site parking is available for our guests, subject to building availability. Please note that this is a building-managed service, and its use is governed by their specific safety and administrative rules.



Important 24-Hour Rule:

To ensure fair use, vehicles cannot remain parked for more than 24 consecutive hours. To stay compliant, you simply need to exit and re-enter the garage before the 24-hour mark to reset the timer.



Note: Failure to follow this rule may result in fines or towing by the building administration at the guest's expense. The host is not responsible for building enforcement actions.
