Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The house is very poorly maintained: the floors have probably never been cleaned (our feet/socks were black after a minute without wearing shoes and walking on the floor!). And the floors themselves are broken and buckling all over, causing tripping hazards for my toddler. They provide a single towel per bed, and no hand towels/wash clothes. The host/owner decided that Saturday morning during our stay was the best time to paint the front door and replace the door lock; and while we were told they would be there to do that work at 11am, they showed up at 10am, while we were still getting ready for the day!
