Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

EMBARASSING POOR COMMUNICATION

you will be hearing from lawyers on this. I have tried to contact you and VRBO 3 times now and can't get any refund. Fraudulent pictures, and room smelled like smoke, even with no smoking policy.
