Terrible communication from the host, unit was not completely clean upon arrival and smelled like food/fish. Unit and building was under construction and we were not notified by the host in advance, so we had no balcony, no blinds in living room and broken blinds in master bedroom. The pool area was under construction, so we had to pay to go across the street to use the pool. We would’ve used to beach, but the owner didn’t provide beach chairs even though it said they were available. Also, woke up every morning to construction jackhammers at 8am. Unresponsive host and managers…only communicating through text and no follow through. And charged for a key fab and valet parking, extra 120. Do Not Rent from this host or Voila Rentals!!

Great location on the beach. Building was undergoing renovations that we were not made aware of. There was very loud construction noise in the unit next to ours and above. It made being in the condo almost impossible. The patio door handle was broken and we could not access the outside that was a bummer. Could use a better cleaning. An update to the amount of house essentials provided would be nice the length of stay and what they provide should be taken into consideration. No beach towels. The owner did send someone to look at the broken items but nobody came back to repair. The price and location were the positives. The main gathering area was nicely kept.
