Worked fantastic for husband, wife, and adult child visiting our other adjust child in Miami Beach. Incredible views from the unit and it's two balconies! Dishware for only 4 people.

Great communication with the host Miriam. The unit was as pictured. Everything was perfect inside the unit. Great condition the only disappointment was the elevators. Evidently they’re having all kinds of operational issues and some floors work some floors don’t. Very convenient to a Enterprise/national Rent-A-Car outlet so if you need to rent a car for a day trip, it’s two blocks from the lower entrance of the hotel

Nice to see the hotel is getting ready for the Hanukkah experience. Chabad must be nearby. There were several Menorah’s on property.

We had an incredible stay! The host was gracious, very responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was exactly as described: comfortable, clean, amazing view of the ocean and bay! The location couldn’t have been better, and having access to all of the Fountainbleau’s amenities was truly amazing. The spa was such a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip back to Miami. Highly recommend!

Pictures of the apartment are essentially accurate but note the main porch is essentially useless as the door is incredibly difficult to open and once outside all you hear are air-conditioning units. Also, while the unit was totally clean at check-in you will be charged a housekeeping fee at checkout which is buried in the fine print and not disclosed up front as part of the initial charge you pay. Despite the fee there is no housekeeping provided whatsoever and there are no cleanup supplies provided either. You will have to request more garbage bags and remove your own garbage to the disposal down the hall and if you need additional towels or soap you need to call the front desk to request them. Finally, the mattress is terrible, otherwise the pools and location are excellent.

The room was great. But Fontainebleau needs to fix their elevators. We almost missed our flight because the elevator literally took 35 min to come.

Amazing Stay

We truly had an Amazing Stay. The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. Having 2 bathrooms is definitely so helpful. We arrived early and the host was so attentive and accommodated an early check in. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Amazing fountainbleau suite

The suite was perfectly as described, host was very easy, professional, courteous and amazing communication! We love staying at tresor tower whenever we visit , and this unit was definitely very well kept and maintained. Thank you and look forward to our next visit!

Weekend in Paradise!

Host was wonderful. Grounds were beautiful. Cleanliness was a 10. Service was superior. Location walking distances to off grounds restaurants. Can’t wait to book my next stay.

Elevators not working, known issue

The elevators are not working in the tower. This is an apparent known issue. I don't feel as if I should be charged for this stay. I have been try to reach out to anyone who can help. If I would have known prior to booking the elevator doesn't work I would have never booked this. The fact that it's known issue makes it much worse. This should be in the listing. I had to walk up and down ten flights of stairs probably 10 times throughout my stay.

Spring Break

Good experience overall. Room was perfect for three people, with one being a teen boy who was able to have his own bathroom. Elevators on property were a challenge, but sounds like thats what they're known for.

Great location

Our stay was just like we thought it would be. The views were incredible. It was very clean as well. The communication between the owner was very good as well. I asked a question and got an answer in a very quickly manor. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Received a 250 refund from owner due to broken tp holders, broken outdoor chairs, water laying on one of the porches, and housekeeping not up to par.The FB is looking a little tired and the elevators are problematic.

Tresor tower at Fountainblue Miami

I wish we would enjoy our stay for Winter Holidays at FB resort Miami Beach but we weren’t that lucky.Unit itself was lacking basic kitchen utensils, unit furniture looked dirty with stains and outside chair was broken. WiFi quality is very slow, TV variety is slim.Tresor Buliding has constant issues with their elevators: only 2 out of 4 were working, line to get in and wait time were absolutely ridiculous!We had to use stairs to go up and down multiple time a day: I guess it’s a good exercise but got very annoying after a couple of days.My heart went for elderly people or young couple with kids and strollers.Last but not least let me mention VALET-parking: it took ridiculous time to get our rental car out. My advise to call ahead and may be you get lucky to find your car parked for you after you wait for an elevator 15 min, then go down on a staircase and finally wait another 15-20 min and finally get your car!! Checking out: app link didn’t work, had to find a front desk agent at the main hotel front desk, since Tresor front desk attendant weren’t there on duty!Needles to say we WILL NOT be coming back and WILL NOT recommend this place to anybody who want to enjoy their time.Sadly but FB quality is not as it was before!Happy New Year!!
