This one bedroom condo at the 1 Hotel was fantastic! With views of the ocean and pool, an outdoor balcony, and full kitchen, this property was great for a beach vacation. The management company was also easy to work with. We would certainly stay here again!

Very happy with the choice of the place to stay. Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Very clean and beautiful apartment, with all the necessary things. Our family was very comfortable here. Everything was exactly as promised. A special thanks for the opportunity to do a late checkout, this is appreciated. Great getaway

Very nice hotel, great room, good mix of restaurants, rooftop very cool, but other pools and beach also great spots to camp out for they day. Booking through vrbo in the residences got us a 1 bdrm for less than the king hotel room, so totally the way to go. Overall really great experience.

Luxury Rentals took good care of us during our stay in Miami Beach. We enjoyed the beach and pool a lot, but we gotta say that the gym was our favorite. There was no excuse to stop our daily workout routine with such an amazing gym downstairs. We will return.

We had a beautiful time in Miami Beach. This residence made it very comfortable and easy for us and our baby to be away from home. They provide everything you need to cook your own meals if you don't want to go out to have lunch and dinner. They did our groceries and delivered them before we even got there. We will stay with LRMB again in our future visits to Miami.

Best place to rent a vacation home in Miami. The had a wide inventory of properties. We rented a unit on the 1 Hotel through this company and we don't regret it one bit. They made everything so easy, fast and reliable. They answered all our questions with details and knowledge. The unit was in excellent conditions , very clean with all the amenities mentioned in the listing.
