Horrible property management

I arrived at the property before my check in time and they said we needed to upload pictures of everyone in the party so we did and they told us to come later. We came later to check in again and they told us again to do it again and to come later… so we came later again, at 1:00am, and they still had trouble checking us in! They didn’t know the unit didn’t have a code so it took another hour to try and unlock it with a key. Plus they made us pay $300 for someone to go up and unlock it for us even though we haven’t even been inside the unit yet?!!?!? Whenever we passed the lobby in our trip, we saw other people having the same issues every single time.
