My stay at the hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I loved the pool and the common areas everything was well maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything. I would definitely come back it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Had an excellent stay here recently with my daughter. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you might need. Excellent location, walking distance to many shops, places to eat and stunning beaches. The thing that really made them stand out though was the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly and more than willing to help. Kudos on doing a great job, we would absolutely stay here again!

Property is under renovation, lobby is partially closed, some days lots of noise, but the staff is very friendly, they let us stay at the pool area after check out for a couple of hours. Breakfast is nice but pretty same every day, you may want to buy your own fruits and veggies. Pool area is beautiful, lots of restaurants around, overall was a good experience. I love that part of Miami!

I gave a 4 star for the cleanliness of the hotel and room. There are a few things I really didn't like is... (1) the destination charge, I didn't use any of the amenities that the destination charge includes. I only stayed at this location to be closer to Haulover Beach. (2) the parking is only valet which I felt like that any time I had to use my car that the valet attendants expected a tip. I feel that parking should always be included in any stay at a hotel. (3) there was a fire alarm early in the morning which people were instructed not to use the elevator. After going down (10) levels of stairs, the lobby staff did not inform anyone that the fire alarm was a false alarm. After seeing others waiting around, I asked the lobby staff what was going on and a woman said it was a "false alarm." I told others it was false and we proceeded back to our rooms.
