The was very clean very nice.. The room is basically a one bedroom apartment seriously. I really did like it plus the balcony. Air Conditioner work Heat works. Bathroom was nice clean, only issue i had was the microwave door didn't open up.. that would be my negative other than definitely go there rent a room

1st room that was originally given to us the bathroom smelled of mildew to the point I couldn’t tolerate it. Black mold visible on ceiling. I called and asked to be moved the said only a smoking room was available I asked to be upgraded instead, they did upgrade the room.the second room’s bathroom also had a smell of mildew but at least tolerable. However they don’t mention a truck body shop right next door, which made for a lot of noise. I would say not the worst but not the best for any special occasions.

We were a group of 8 ppl staying 1 night before our cruise. We asked for extra linen for the futon pull out and was told housekeeping was closed and they had none. I told them that their listing said it slept 8 pl so I need bedding for 8 ppl. She finally said she would look in another room. Still no pillows. Cold coffee in the lobby all day. My parents went down at 7am the next morning for coffee and was told it would only be made at 8:30am. It was literally beside the desk. The room was ok, but very run down. Tv in the rooms had 1 channel, not enough towels for everyone. No lamps, etc. It was fine for 1 night but definitely nothing good. The pics look way better than it was.

DON’T STAY HERE! The room was not at all like the pictures and overall cleanliness was absolutely terrible, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, multiple metal finishes with rust on them. I booked for 2 nights and had to cancel the second night and made sure I would be able to get a refund and they told me it’s no problem, 2 weeks have passed now and I haven’t gotten a refund so I call and they say there’s nothing they can do! Do not stay at this “hotel”!!!

Floors are very dirty, hair found on bed sheets and floor. Not a very pleasant smell at the moment elevator area. The couch smells like cat pee. The parking smells bad due to the amount of cats around.

cleaning Staff is very irresponsible, they left the room fully opened the first day, and retaliated leaving the room dirty the next day when we complained, but as per the supervisor they documented as they cleaned. Front desk is usually empty, and the only security in premise had no idea of where to find staff. Equipment in the bathroom is in poor condition. I gave one star, but they deserve cero star.

We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience was not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was not working properly, while the AC in the hall area was fine. Because of this, the bedrooms became quite uncomfortable, especially at night. Another issue was the mattress in the bedroom. The spring mattress was in very poor condition. Whenever someone moved, the entire bed would move as well, which made it difficult to sleep. The sofa bed was also extremely hard and not comfortable at all. We booked the place for six people, but having only one bathroom made it very difficult for everyone to manage, especially in the morning.
