This property is advertised as a high end facility as per their marketing. Lets review the positives and negatives.
Positives:
1. new facility, little wear
2. nice gym facilities
3. modern decor is pleasing
Negatives:
1. No bagge hole i you arrive early, your stuck holding your luggage until checkin.
2. They wont let you use the pool or gym while you are waiting for your room despite being able to confirm your reservation.
3. No bar or method to buy a drink buy the pool, bring your own.
4. Showers provide virtually no water pressure, overdoing the water conservation.
5. No instruction on how to use the completely black induction stove or tv interface to obtain entertainment.
6. Construction noise throughout the day, 3 large crane surround the building, there is constuction on 3 new building in the area.
7. Nothing is around the build except the yes cafe (burgers), you have to walk for anything that you need.
8. 3-4 blocks from the beach, for miam i beach that is far.
9. Many staff speak no english, so you can't ask them questions, you can only communicate with the front desk.
10. Any concerns you have gets you the standard answer, "we are not a hotel" response. Fix the issues and stop with the excuses. You rent out rooms with a 2 night minimum...you are providing hotel services.
11. you only get 2 chairs on the beach, even thought you paid extra for your 2 kids to stay in your room.
12. beach is dirty, seaweed all oover the place.
13. Nowhhere to buy a drink at beach.
