"My room was clean, modern with a comfortable bed. The parking was good and I felt very safe on the property. Not having coffee in my room or complimentary in the lobby was something I haven't experienced in a long time."

"Entire floor and room smelled like humidity, room had a funny old cigarette smell too even though it was non smoking. Room phone line didn’t work either, we couldn’t get a hold of front desk, the shower head was loose, needed to be tightened so we did it, I found some dust in the lamps too. The dinner food on the restaurant was really bad. Other than that was fine for a night, shuttle was great and we were close to some restaurants."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It was so convenient to Lincoln Road (very cool walkable area with nice restaurants, shops and art) and the beach! We came off a cruise and it was very close to the port. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed the food. It also has a cool taco restaurant attached and we had a great brunch at the other attached restaurant. The pool were very fun also. "
