July 2020 Stay

-Gaining access to property-easy -Cleanliness of property on arrival-Ok but cobwebs / spiders were in EVERY corner of EVERY room. -Half of first full day was spent vacuuming away cobwebs / scouring kitchen/utensils/glassware/ serving ware AND the dish washer (had not planned for any of this) -Other than cleaning - the house is comfortable w/ LOADS of room and a pleasant walk to Beach Stop 20. -Master Bdrm. mattress is the worst in the entire house. Squishy, lumpy and creaky. -This property could use some landscaping work but we loved the location and front porch/ out door seating/dining area. -Family and dog friendly a definite plus - Owner is super pleasant and responsive to ‘asks’
