"Staff was absolutely fabulous. Loved the coffee and snack bar in lobby. Stayed here last year and just love the new refurbished rooms. Would suggest a grab rail in the shower for safety as it’s slippery when wet and the safe needs to be attached to the wall. Otherwise 10/10 thank you "

"This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai. "
