"Breakfast which is usually free with the room cost $18 each, ridiculous. The breakfast was even simpler than many other hotels that offer a buffet breakfast with the room. $18 for it is simply ridiculous. "

"I love the history of the hotel and all the photographs on the hallway walls of old Glens Falls and the surrounding area. I only wish that some of the framed photographs had information telling us where and when they were taken. My room was really beautiful and looked out on City Park. The pool was exactly the right temperature, and the hot tub was wonderful. However, next time, I'm going to ask for an accessible room, because my bathroom had the lowest toilet I've ever seen - great for kids, but not for senior citizens."

The pool wasn’t heated, so it was too cold to enjoy, and even the fire pit was off. For the price, I expected more to be available. It felt like there wasn’t much to do, which was frustrating"
