“Hotel was clean and well maintained. Lots of traffic noise but that was expected. If you can’t do strong scents then don’t do this one, as the scents they use in the hallways is so over powering I had to hold my breath walking. Also if you have an issue with something customer service is a joke. They over charged me $778 and when I asked to talk to someone else, I was told there was no one else to talk to. This charge was before we even checked in and was stated as accommodations. We didn’t have……

“This is a beautiful place across the serene Scarlitt Bennett Center. 3 mins walk to Vanderbilt. Everything else is within walking distance. Way better than the mainstream hotels around. I was here for a workshop at VU.”

“Unable to access the room, host was late and uncooperative - after one hour past the check in time the room was not available. This is a MOTEL! And should be listed as such!!! Never experienced such awful hosting!!! Location is more than 20 minutes outside of Nashville, everything advertise about this accommodation is a wrong!!!! ”
