「Stayed here for the second time and each time, everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful!」

「The building is well insulated from the street, but if you aren't on the top floor, you will hear the guests above you. Sink & shower weren't thoroughly cleaned, found hairs in both. Overall fine for a Townplace suites but wouldn't repeat stay.」

「It was horrible and staff was rude. Went to check in at 3:30. No one there. Have to ring the bell and wait for someone for about 15 minutes.」

「Property was in very poor condition. The toilet never stopped running, the curtains were torn, the desk chair had a hole in it. The floors were not clean, the refrigerator had water in it because it was leaking, the plate in the microwave was not the one that was made for that particular model. For the price we paid I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Our room smelled like a restaurant kitchen fryer. There was stuff all under the floor including a broken off false fingernail. We complained, and they offered to clean the floors, but not switch rooms. The fingernail was gone upon our return, but the floor still had visible stuff all over. It appeared to be rice and crumbs. We were stuck with the smell and were disgusted by the entire stay. If we hadn't gotten back from our concert after 11pm, we would have considered trying to find a new place.」

「We stayed at ten hotels on our recent road trip, and this was out favorite! The breakfast was varied each day, and the attendant was attentive and kept the food trays filled. My husband cannot eat gluten, and there were many gluten-free options. We were traveling with our teen grandson and liked the suite style of the room. We will stay here again the next time we visit nearby relatives.」

「I made a reservation and then cancelled it about an hour later. They still charged me for the room. They'll leave the light on for you because they are charging you for it anyways.」
