"It was clean, but when I got there, the staff had their lunch on the counter where I would check in this seemed a little unprofessional. And everybody was pretty friendly though at check-in. The hotel could use a little update, and the pillows and sheets seem like they were old. I could see the yellow pillows through the pillowcases. That kind of grossed me out."

"The beach was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but adequate. The area was quiet and peaceful. I guess they are renovating, because all the old furniture was in the hallways everywhere. The property needs some renovation and cleaning. Overall i would rate it 6 out of 10. For what we were given I would have expected a lower price. "

"This is a adorable little beach resort on Lake Huron. You rent individual cottages, which are comfortable, cute and perfect for some chill time. My cottage had a small deck, kitchen, comfy couch, king bed, clean shower and fireplace. Lou, the employee who greeted me was exceptional. So nice, friendly and accommodating. Really really great. I will definitely be coming back. "

"We very much enjoyed the home like feel of the property. It was more enjoyable than a motel room. Way more relaxing than a motel/hotel. Hot water tank is a little small for 4 people, but easily fixed with some thought on how to share the shower time. "
