「Front desk guy rude」

「Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke 」

「Will be back again.」

「Staff was very pleasant, from the front desk, waiters and waitresses in event, and in lobby facilities. Rooms were very clean. Only negative was the fact that table games were not open for play, i.e. craps, blackjack, roulette.」

「No problems at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay!」

「The owner turns on music so loud!!! And screams his head of the words of those Mexican songs. I tried to explain to him that guests need to rest even during day time. But he doesn’t understand English.」

「This hotel is awesome! Very polite and helpful staff, a super clean room and the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel」
