Did early check with additional fees which was ok. Private Room was of decent size, clean but no charger switch near bed, there was just 1 in bedroom and another in bathroom. Breakfast NOT worth, just 2 types of bread, rolls, basic salad, 2 juices, and just uncut apple in the name of fruits. No self service kitchen. Few public transport options were available between 300-500 meters. Overall property was decent but other facilities were just okayish.

Quite expensive for a hostel and service provided

Room smelled quite bad.It might be a toilet pipe thing and was not thoroughly cleaned. Towels were cleaned.Nice water pressure. TV with no remote control.We sked twice but after been told that someone would come to hand it to us, still waiting for it. Breakfast was continental style (no croissants/pastries) with:ham,cheese,lettuce,tomato,sandwich bread and rolls. Coffee,flavour water (not juice) and boiled eggs. Some apples. Toaster broke down so the pancake machine was on (no nice ones though). Coffee machine also broke down but coffee offered from the cafe area. It was not hot so no sure if AC worked or not. Location is great.There is a Carrefour supermarket like 10' walk from the hostel

Lovely swimming pool

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

Great staff, room was good for what we needed, clean and tidy. Electrics tripped, called reception fixed within minutes. We didn't eat or drink so couldnt pass comment. Locally great places to get coffee and bakery items and a short walk to metro and tram lines.

We stayed at a lot of Novotel, but this is small for a Novotel hotel. Not sure if it's only in Italy, but this hotel doesn't have an AC. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety compared to other Novotels. The staff were very helpful & great though.

Good nights sleep

One night stay travelling through. Reasonable hotel, a bit far out of where we wanted to be but pricing probably reflected that. Bed was really comfortable, pillow not so much. No balcony. A couple of bottles of free water. The pool pictures look a 7/10 but in reality that area is more like a 3. Sat there for about 5 mins. Great pizza over the road

facility in the room is not perfect, safe not working although we moved to other room!!, fans not working on toilet, water on fridge are filled with tap water, room keys are made from cardboard and not working perfectly so have to go to reception to activate it. ... Breakfast are very good

Ok sleep, well fed

Excellent hospitality at breakfast but didn’t feel it during our stay really. Very disappointed you need a cap for the pool - they don’t tell you this till arrival. My son is autistic and won’t wear one so we had to not use the pool at all. Pillows were not good so asked for a change.
