Good hotel in a nice location

Friendly staff, a good continental breakfast offering and around a 5 min walk to the Tram stop & also the Porta Romana Metro line (but beware of thieves as I got robbed on the train one stop away from Romana at Crocetta station). Only downside was our room had a very small enclosed shower cubicle which made it a bit difficult to move around !

The staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations for a restaurant in walking distance from hotel. Parking wad off sight by close to hotel. We were able to unload luggage at the hotel then park the xar. Easy access to the metro.

The hotel offers decent yet basic facilities. The room, particularly the bathroom, was quite compact. However, its location, with subway, restaurants, and shops nearby, adds to its appeal. Just departed from a fantastic four night stay. We are traveling to five European cities, and this stop was to visit our college student studying abroad. We are traveling as husband and wife, with our 6’2” 17 yo son. We put a tremendous amount of effort into booking triple rooms that would accommodate us all. Hotel Piacenza was absolve expectations. The room we were given the first evening would have been great when our children were younger, but was extremely tight with three essentially adults. The manager was super kind and we were moved next door to a room the next morning that was exceptional. The staff are kind and helpful, and extremely hard working. This hotel is spotless. Delicious breakfast offering which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning worked very well. Super comfortable stay near metro, great restaurants and even The Laundry Room coin laundry 10 min toward the University. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all for such a wonderful leg of our trip!

My family and I (party of 8 people) were traveling through and found this hotel for a quick one night stay. It was the best and most comfortable night. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcoming and the front desk person found us parking right in front of the hotel! We were so grateful for this because it was convenient and safe. The rooms were clean and just what we needed. In the morning we had a continental breakfast, which was included, with a variety of bread, pastires, cereal and fruit, with cheese and ham. The concierge even made us coffee at request. The service we received made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I am traveling single and for recreation on this trip. This is my first time to Milan. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a metro stop, so you have easy access to the city. There’s several pleasant bars and restaurants within a two or three block walk. The staff is warm and the breakfast are fantastic. Be advised that there is no elevator and the floors are on the second floor. I was able to get by, but my knees were a little wobbly sometimes. The walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors sometimes. The bathroom is clean. The showers are very nice, but they are small and a little bit challenging to get in and out of if you’re on the bigger size like I am
